1.  What makes NewBizBuilders different from other online marketing companies?
For starters, we provide something that few, if any, other online marketing agencies provide: Free Marketing Support. Once you're a customer with NewBizBuilders, you can contact us for advice on reaching your desired marketing goals and we will assist you as best we can. You will also receive our helpful newsletter and a special code to participate in our marketing information web site. In addition, we have been in the marketing industry for over 25 years; we're not a fly-by-night company. Lastly, we pride ourselves on designing original and creative web sites, brochures, logos, and other marketing material. By having custom-made materials, your business will stand apart from competitors and will not look generic.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes for us to complete will vary from project to project, but the vast majority of projects are completed and sent to you within seven to thirty days.  The quicker you send us exactly what you want contained in your material, the quicker we can complete the project from there.  We aim to please and we want you to have your marketing material as soon as possible.

3. Who do I contact if I have a question?
You can contact us at service@newbizbuilders.com or 1-888-445-9444, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST (excluding holidays). Our marketing and customer support representatives will be happy to help you with questions related to your marketing material and how best to use it for your business.

4. What if I have an existing logo?
In order for us to be able to use your logo in a marketing project, we prefer to have your logo sent to us in an EPS format. If you have a logo in JPEG or TIF format, we may be able to use it, but in a limited fashion. If you only have a printed version of your logo, we will need you to fax us or mail us the logo and there will be a standard charge of $57 to reproduce the logo electronically.

5. I have pictures on my digital camera that I want to send. How do I get them to you?
Refer to your camera's manual on transferring pictures onto your computer. Once they're there, you can follow the instructions for e-mailing. Please do not send picture storage cards.

6. I only have prints. Can I mail them?
Sure. If you don't have any way to make high resolution scans from original prints and upload them into your computer, they can be scanned at our studio. We prefer the original digital files, but if prints are what you have, we'll use them. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope if you would like them returned, or we will bill you a $10 handling fee in addition to shipping charges to have your material returned to you.

7. What are high resolution scans/pictures?
The same thing as high resolution photos. The chart below will show the number of pixels needed in your images for various sizes.

2 inches x 2 inches @ 300dpi = 600 pixels x 600 pixels = 1.38 MB
4 inches x 4 inches @ 300dpi = 1200 pixels x 1200 pixels = 5.5 MB
8.5 inches x 11 inches @ 300dpi = 2550 pixels x 3300 pixels = 32.2 MB

Anything below this will result in fuzzy images when enlarged or manipulated, which is likely when using them for your materials. If you have files saved, choose the ones with the highest resolution to send. If you have Illustrator EPS files, resolution does not matter and these can be enlarged without losing quality.

8. What if I make a mistake?
If you send the wrong file, let us know by e-mail and we'll make a note of it. Don't worry, we know these operations can be tricky, and we'll be waiting patiently until you're up to speed. If you find yourself lost at any time, just hit the back button on your browser and start over. And of course, feel free to e-mail us with any questions that may come up along the way.

9. When do I get to see my materials?
This will vary based on the type of project you request. Typically it takes our team up to three business days to get your materials, into viewable shape, though longer projects may take up to two weeks for first viewings. However, depending on the size of the project, it's not unusual to have something for you to see within 24 hours!

10. Am I eligible for free marketing support?
You are if you're a customer! Upon completion of your order a receipt will be e-mailed to you with a special address where you can contact marketing professionals that have been helping businesses like yours grow for over 25 years.
