NewBizBuilders forms strong and lasting relationships with all clients by ensuring that we maintain the confidentiality and trust of every client. We have established the following privacy policy to protect the information that you provide to us.
NewBizBuilders keeps all client provided personal information, including but not limited to names, telephone numbers, physical locations as well as postal and e-mail addresses, absolutely private and confidential. The same is true for business information provided. All client information is held in a secured location and can only be accessed by designated NewBizBuilders staff for contacting the client or his specifically designated representative.
Information provided to NewBizBuilders in the process of creating sales and marketing material will receive the same careful privacy treatment as set forth above and will not be disseminated to third parties, unless specifically requested by our client to do so. Under no condition will client information be traded, sold or otherwise provided to any other organization or entity.
You Own All Your Designs
Once a project is completed and paid in full, complete, unrestricted rights and ownership of all designs, copy and materials, both intellectual and physical, belong to NewBizBuilders clients. Clients are then free to seek registration of marks as trademarks or other designations as they may desire. Registration of marks with the appropriate government authority is strongly recommended if the owner feels that the mark needs to be protected from possible copying. NewBizBuilders brochure files will be provided with copyright notations to provide protection from unauthorized duplication.
